Job Summary
  • Client management for multiple products and services in the account
  • Internal coordination and channelization of tasks for smooth service delivery
  • SLA management
  • Lead a team of MK SmartSpeech analysts responsible for managing speech analytics objectives for the client
  • Prepare business process reports for management and Client
  • Maintain and update all the process related reports for reference purposes
  • Conduct daily huddles/ weekly one to one sessions and training sessions as required for process improvement
  • Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency of services and tools
  • Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems
  • Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements
  • Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices
  • To ensure that valuable speech analytics insights are provided to the client through the short term projects. SBA is also responsible to interact with client/s on a regular basis to discuss project needs till execution.
  • Analytical bent with a sharp mind and a good understanding of Power Bi data visualizations, Speech Analytics and Quality management
  • Ability to develop and entrench change techniques in an organization
  • Ability to design, carry out analysis, and model business processes
  • Skill for business process simulation and optimization
  • Ability to make decisions fast and also establish rules towards proper business management
  • Ability to facilitate business process and monitor other members of staff towards attaining business goal
  • Ability to benchmark and analyze various business processes
  • Work From Home till Pandemic
  • Transport & other reimbursements
  • 5PM - 2AM shift (US Client)

Salary : INR 7,00,000 - 9,50,000 PA.
