Educational qualifications: Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Computer Applications.

Office Timings:Monday to Thursday (1-10 PM) & Friday (10 AM-7 PM)

Your Life As a Maven:

  • Good working experience in handling Cloud Infra for the customers.
  • Good working experience in handling a Global support desk.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and team handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize individual workload.

Your Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in handling Cloud Infra customers (preferred GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • 4+ years of experience in handling Global support desk for Cloud customers.
  • 2+ years of experience on Infrastructure as a Code (IAC) tool e.g. Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, Azure DevOps, Deployment Manager
  • Preference if worked on one of DevOps tools, e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Git
  • Strong dedication to documenting processes, procedures, projects, and status.
