Responsibilities

• Attend new inquiries (website, client referral, email campaign)
• Take discovery call with the new prospects to validate the client and provide the confidence
• Then Introduce to Sr Dev for closing.

Warmup the cold leads

• Call and Email to cold prospects and setup discovery meetings .

Account Management

• Reach out to existing clients and generate new business, ask for referrals

Operations & Support

• Assist with lead generation
• Assist on documentation and process improvements
• Assist with website and social media updates
• Content Review and Polishing

Skills

• Good Communication
• Excellent Writing
• Great Listening
• Good presentation skill over the phone or in-person
• Plus to have Digital Marketing Experience
