Sr. Executive - Wfm Job in Maxicus
Job Summary
This is what your usual day, as an Sr.Executive (WFM) at Maxicus would look like:
- Analyze & Publish reports to internal and external customers
- Meet timelines & ensure accuracy of reports all the time
- Analyze operational metrics & share real-time challenges & solutions
- Helping operations in staffing and scheduling of agents
- Ensure optimizing of agent level performance strategically
- Actively Participate in dept. daily meetings & performance reviews for business unit
- Inter department communication
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 2 years of experience in WFM department
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Excellent data analytical and presentation skills
- Strong command on MS Excel , Access, Power BI, Tableau & SQL
- Extensive experience with data warehouse implementation
