Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP) recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process for roles such as Patent Analysts, IP Associates, and IP Managers, ensuring we continue to attract top-tier talent in the IP domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IP-related roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates with backgrounds in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related areas.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IP professionals through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Use ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to track candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through transparent communication and professional engagement.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and maintain strategic relationships with IP industry professionals.
  • Stay updated with market trends and IP hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with HR for smooth onboarding and handoff of selected candidates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

  • 1 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IP hiring (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting for IP law firms, legal services, or IP outsourcing companies is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of IP roles, terminology, and workflows.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and assessing IP talent.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
