Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP) recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process for roles such as Patent Analysts, IP Associates, and IP Managers, ensuring we continue to attract top-tier talent in the IP domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IP-related roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates with backgrounds in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related areas.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IP professionals through proactive outreach and networking.
- Use ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to track candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through transparent communication and professional engagement.
- Collaborate with external agencies and maintain strategic relationships with IP industry professionals.
- Stay updated with market trends and IP hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- Partner with HR for smooth onboarding and handoff of selected candidates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 1 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IP hiring (preferred).
- Experience recruiting for IP law firms, legal services, or IP outsourcing companies is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of IP roles, terminology, and workflows.
- Proven track record in sourcing and assessing IP talent.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
