Ensuring the achievement of target by each branch in that circle. Operational issues:Guiding and supporting branches in resolving below day to day operational issues that may require intervention by the Circle Office. Attending to Alert phone calls from intrusion Alarm hub and take actions as per guidelines.
bJoint custodian of safe for all its contents at CO s Control (Duplicate keys/ documents)
Ensuring Day end as per process and instructions completed at all branches on daily basis.
Ensure the BRS is transmitted by branches as per guidelines issued (Monitoring)
Daily monitoring of data of Bank and Cash balances from branches.
Ensuring all security equipment s are in place and working status at CO and at branches.
Take initiatives for any liaison work with Govt. Departments, Police, Tax, Legal metrology, Labour Dept, Banks, KSEB, KWA etc or any judicial authority if need arises at CO and branches.
Visit to branches for any exigencies, if need arises.
Managing and control of Training halls for its usage at CO.
Close Coordination with BM s in managing operational affairs of the region and coordinating with branches for furnishing data required by HO.
Verify the circulars that are released from corporate office on previous calendar month and have random check with the staff about the awareness to that.
Grievances of branch staff (restricted to finance, IT and operations only) should be addressed and sorted by getting supports through Operations Dept at corporate office.
Initiate steps for disciplinary actions to be taken on any misappropriations reported in branches.
Maintaining data of lease deeds of branches and submit proposals for renewals with enhancement etc 15 days before due dates and obtain approvals from HO.
Premises administration: Monitoring payment of recurring administrative expenses such as Lease, rent, electricity, water, furniture, Intrusion alarm etc as per related sanctions accorded by the respective authorities and ensuring proper maintenance by the branches of all company assets. HR Activity: Coordination of pre and post recruitment process, staff probation and confirmation, transfers, deputation and training as per the directions of HR. Monitoring discipline and decorum at branches by all staff in matters such as punctuality in attendance, leave taking, leave sanctions, dress code, polite and proper behaviour by staff to customers, superiors and colleagues, cleanliness etc. Auditing and Inspection Follow-up:Monitoring and follow up with branches for ensuring early rectification and closure of internal and external audit and inspection remarks. Guiding the branches in achieving correct and proper rectification of inspection / audit remarks. Customer service and complaint resolution: Guiding and assistingbranches in prompt and courteous resolution / redressing of all customer issues and complaints relating to the company s business engagement with them. Supporting the Vigilance department of the company for promoting preventive vigilance in branches and circle office; coordinating with Regional Vigilance Managers in ensuring compliance of all vigilance related guidelines by all branches and staff. Ensuring the practice of proper security protocols by all branches so as to ensure the safety and security of all company property and taking all prudent and reasonable steps to ensure the protection of the life and safety of the employees while discharging their official duties. MIS relating to all matters other than credits and Recovery:Collecting, collating, analysing and submitting of all relevant management information on all business matters of the company other than Credit and Recovery. Submission of all relevant reports and data relating to the Circle as may be called for by the Corporate Office. Any other assignment given by circle head/Corporate office. Required Skills
A Graduate with Good Communication Skill . Must have a Good Customer Base . Presentable with a pleasing personality . A team player and should be career ambitious.
