Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage our financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, handling ledger entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records


Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and payments


Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents


Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes


Manage accounts payable and receivable


Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements


Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws


Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


[15] years of experience in accounting or a related field


Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations


Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems)


Excellent Excel and data analysis skills


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications:

CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory)
