Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant/accounts executive to manage our financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, handling ledger entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • [1–5] years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems)
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory)
