Graphic Designer Job in Mckinley Rice

Basic Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 2+ years
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

Technical Skills

• Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro)
• Experience creating dynamic detailed characters like the example shared at the end. [1]
• Conceptualize, design and produce 2D 3D animations for projects, such as game animation, product demo, explainer videos, etc
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
• Compelling portfolio of graphic design work.

Soft Skills

• A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic.
• Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Team player.
• Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
• Urge to stay updated with the latest trends and practices is highly preferred.
• Complex Problem Solving by Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.
• Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the visual impact of our content.
