Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Figma.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation.
• Make architectural decisions to make the application more modular and performant.
• Leadership experience to lead multiple projects with good understanding.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

Technical Skills

• Good working experience with Figma.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator ll be an added advantage.
• Experience contributing to proposals in ideation and concept design.

Soft Skills

• A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic.
• Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Team player.
• Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
• Urge to stay updated with the latest trends and practices is highly preferred.
• Complex Problem Solving by Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• We require someone who is innately curious and motivated
• Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Additional Skills

• Have good inductive reasoning ability including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events.
• Should be able to perform in a fast-paced environment while being calm and able to handle complex situations with ease.
