Job Summary
Qualification : Graduate Science / Pharmacy
To lead a team of over 20 Medical Representatives and 5 Area Managers, to meet organisational needs in terms of business, market presence and administrative requirements in accordance with sales and promotional plans.
To coordinate with the consignee agent regarding stocks, distribution and collection.
To run the Region as a profit center
Science or Pharmacy graduates around 35 years of age with a pleasing personality and ability to communicate effectively in English and Local language. Over 5 years experience as a front line manager with companies of repute and at least two years as a second line manager is essential. Territory knowledge is must.
Should be computer literate.
