Qualification : Graduation (MBBS)/ Post Graduation (MS)/ Super Specialization (MCh)
- High degree of manual dexterity
- Good hand-eye-coordination, excellent vision
- Blend of confidence and caution
- Physical stamina to cope with long hours and demanding nature of the work
- Emotional strength in order to manage very sick patients
- Able to embrace change and constantly developing technologies
- Strong interest in anatomy and physiology
- Patients & Attendants Counseling
- Effective coordination with team during the procedure (Peer Surgeon / Nursing / Technician / Perfusionist)
- Team handling
- Liasoning within & outside departments (ICUs / Pre-Op & Post-Op)
