Job Summary

As a Senior SEO Executive at Media NV, you will lead initiatives to improve the company s organic search presence. You will develop and implement advanced SEO strategies, conduct technical audits, optimize content, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive sustained organic growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical SEO expertise, and hands-on execution to maximize search engine visibility.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Development

• Create and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and apply insights to optimize website content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to maintain best practices.

On-Page Optimization

• Optimize landing pages, blogs, product pages, and other digital assets for target keywords.
• Conduct regular on-page SEO audits, enhancing meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Ensure content aligns with user intent and offers an excellent user experience.

Technical SEO

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits; address crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues.
• Implement mobile-friendly designs, schema markup, and optimize site architecture.
• Monitor site performance using SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.

Content Strategy & Link Building

• Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-optimized blog posts and website content.
• Identify backlink opportunities and build high-quality links to improve domain authority.
• Analyze competitor strategies and implement tactics to outperform them organically.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use SEO analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) to track SEO KPIs.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven 3-5 years of SEO experience with measurable success in organic growth.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.
• Strong understanding of content s role in SEO and ability to collaborate with content creators.
