Senior Product Manager Job in Medibuddy

What will you do at Medibuddy? Part of the core team that defines business goals, creates product strategy, design roadmap for one of our business lines. Identify and build the growth levers that can unlock new growth trajectory. Define success metrics for your product area, and drive alignment for all product efforts to those measures. Always be testing! You will create hypotheses for new features, analyze results, and iterate. Collaborate with other product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, legal, analytics and do everything (defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics etc.) to ship high quality products Experience with sprint management: Timely creation of PRDs, assisting technology team in understanding product requirements, timely feature releases and proper documentation Bring in independent thought, challenge conventional approaches, and identify opportunities to drastically simplify ways of doing things using technology Self-driven, like to work fairly independently, and drive progress without needing constant oversight or direction Track, report and optimize all relevant metrics for business. What makes you a match for us? Academic background: Tier 1 Engineering Grad - IIT, BITS, NIT plus MBA from a top B-School will be a plus (but not a must-have) 6+ years experience in the consumer tech space with strong analytical and logical ability. Command on data is a must have. Proficiency in SQL and excel is required Hands-on experience in launching Apps and Web with consumer tech is a must. Past experience with software development. We would love to see something that you have built in the past. Analyze the feedback that you collect from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products. Wireframing and creating prototypes and Entrepreneurial stint will be a plus. Strong Analytical skills with the ability to scale and user experience. Hands on experience with 0-1 growth, retention and monetization. Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively make a compelling business case when prioritizing initiatives and developing experiments.
