Job Summary
  • Conduct Bed occupancy audit and Diagnostic audit as per the checklist.
  • Check the Pharmacy & Non Pharmacy physically received qty with invoice qty at the time of material delivery.
  • Conduct random stock audit and cash audit as per the checklist
  • Verify the 3 way check bills (Invoice Vs PO Vs GRN) and report if any discrepancies noticed
  • Verify all the new joiners, elevations and left out employees documents
  • Verify the In patients admission process and bed allotment
  • Check Cathlab & OT consumable billing forms and reusable things.
  • Check the NRDC qty with physical outward qty
  • To identify the discrepancies in audit process.
  • Conduct inventory audit in all the stock points once in a quarter
  • Conduct fixed asset verification twice in a year
  • Check the indents and consumption of pharmacy and general stores.
  • Check stock of expensive medicines or injection at pharmacy periodically.
  • Report result of audit work undertaken to the higher authority in time.
  • Conduct both operational and financial audit.
Experience Required :
