Job Description: Responsible for enhancing the development, efficiency and productivity of the Accounts Payable team members, Facilitate and lead change management, drive process improvements. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify, develop and arrange suitable training material and solutions for employees. Responsible for helping individuals augment existing skills while building new skills to be productive and improve efficiencies. Facilitate and lead change management for vendors, AP team members and internal stakeholders associated with the deployment of AP Simplification initiatives. Develop and implement new and existing employee training and development programs; modify programs as needed. Responsible for new hire onboarding which includes, but not limited to, requesting security access to applicable software solutions and coordinating the training schedule. Conduct training and development needs assessment, including but not limited to, all software solutions, team building, and other training. Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media channels including webinars for remote employees. Develop and maintain organizational communications such as newsletters and other methods of communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. Work effectively as a team member with management to regularly assess and coordinate staff training needs. Solicit feedback and collaborate cross-functionally as needed to evaluate trends and recommend improvements. Partner with Corporate Training & Development as needed to align with Medline training delivery and materials including creation of MyMedLearn curriculum for standard internal stakeholder training and change management activities. Partner with AP Leadership to identify and execute upon vendor change management activities to improve process compliance. Skills and Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, 2 years of experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team. Deadline and detail orientated individual Good knowledge of SAP will be a plus. Query resolution & assist leads in team s daily operation. Ability to work as part of a large multinational organization. Leadership skills and proven people management experience will be added advantage. Proficient with Excel. Strong and polished English communication, both written and oral. Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate degree/MBA
