Area Sales Manager Job in Medlius Pharma

Experience Required: Candidate should have 3-5 years experience.

Qualification: 1. B.sc, B. Pharma, B.com, M.sc, M. Pharma, M. com Graduate
2. MBA/PGDM Pharma Management studies

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams and generating Orders.
2. To explore the assigned territory and increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products to clients.
3. Responsible to timely cater customer queries.
4. Responsible for raising Purchase orders and Indent.
5. Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockiest.
6. Responsible for managing a team of 04-05 people.
7. Meeting retailers regularly to know the status of products.
8. identifying and establishing new business.
9. Responsible for complete sales cycle till the closure of the deals.
10. Candidate will be responsible to achieve sales target assigned to the area, Brand wise every month.
11. Ensure implementation of company strategies in the marketplace.
12. Maintain high ethical values in the marketplace.
13. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach set targets.
14. Reporting to the Line manager for regular sales update.
15. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
16. Age below 40 years eligible.
