• Drafted contracts agreements, DUE Diligence, Title opinions, engaged with firm, Property Registrations and Land Acquisition & Regulatory Compliance for the purpose of cluster development. & Preparation of the MIS Reports Non- Disclosure Agreement ,s of the cases and updating the clients.

• Liaison & Compliance with government relations and licensing.
• Formulated legal strategies with Clients.
• Served as liaisoning officer to internal and external counsel for a multitude of special projects.
