Job Summary
Job Description:

  • Lead/Manage QA teams.
  • Design/execute test plans/strategies.
  • Guide, Monitor and evaluate the performance of all team members, ensuring that they can always perform at the highest levels.
  • Review test plans, test cases based on requirements.
  • Taking ownership of system test activities and managing unit and integration testing in an AGILE environment
  • Analysis and creation of formal documentation including project test plans, reports and proposals when necessary
  • Test scripting and manual test execution
  • Mentoring fellow team members, reviewing test scripts
  • Defect management and reporting
  • Should have managed and lead software testing teams across multiple projects.
  • Should be able to interact with the customer, stakeholders, teams and management.
  • Work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good people management skills.
  • Past / current experience of hands-on work with Programming / Scripting is preferred.
  • Past / current experience of hands-on work with test automation using tools like Coded UI, QTP, Selenium, UFT, TestStudio is recommended.
  • Excellent skills of defining, planning and conducting test automation PoCs.
  • Knowledge of various testing tools across test management, automation and other specialized testing techniques.
  • Lead, hire, and develop top-tier QA and test-focused software development engineers
  • Be an internal advocate and spokesperson for all QA. Identify and clearly communicate issues, risks, concerns, and successes to management.
  • Capable of contributing to multiple projects.
