Associate - Internal Operations (Immigration) Job in Meera Samuh Corporate Services Pvt Ltd

We are a leading service provider of various services including Visa, FRRO, Manpower, Relocation, Fleet, Government, Legalization & Translation Services.

We are looking for someone to join our Internal Operations (Immigration) Team!

His/Her Job will include -

- Acting as a single point of contact for the client.

- Handling client escalations & queries.

- Interacting & coordinating internally with the departments for resolving client queries

- Coordinating with the clients over email and calls to ensure closures within TAT

- Required to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet client needs

- Maintaining MIS on a daily basis

Desired Profile

- 0-2 Years of Experience

- Any graduate/post graduate with good communication skills

- Must be residing in Gurgaon/willing to relocate to Gurgaon

- Ability to develop strong client relationships

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must)

- Good MS Power-Point and MS-Excel skills

- Salary: 15-25k
