About the Role

We re looking for a seasoned leader to drive product strategy and innovation. As a Group Product Manager, you ll define and execute the vision for your organization, influence cross-functional teams, and lead product initiatives from concept to launch. You will be responsible for leading a talented team of Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, and Product Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Define a compelling product vision and strategy for your team, influencing senior leaders across multiple functions
• Identify key problems to solve and break them down into smaller, actionable tasks
• Drive innovation through technology-led ideas and solve problems using experimentation and MVPs
• Ensure high product quality through rigorous user acceptance testing and dogfooding
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and maximize product impact
• Define and track key product metrics, using insights to optimize performance
• Develop a forward-looking product roadmap that aligns with customer and business needs
• Mentor and coach a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts

What You Will Need

• 8+ years of work experience in product management
• 6+ years in product management for a tech-led company (consumer internet experience preferred)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges from a first-principles thinking perspective
• Strong understanding of technology and experience in product management processes like A/B testing and experimentation
• Experience in managing and mentoring a direct team of Product Managers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading large-scale product initiatives and defining long-term strategies
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and cross-functional collaboration
• Expertise in customer-driven product development and data-driven decision-making
