Job Summary Responsible for design, development and release of products as per roadmap.
A. Design and introduction of new products
  • System design to determine LED numbers and drive current
  • Design of driver as per specifications applicable in India
  • Sample making, measurement and release
  • Release of product documentation including BoM list , specification sheet etc.
  • Evaluate engineering and pilot runs and tune design as per findings.
  • Analysis and solution of problems faced in manufacturing ,
  • Analysis and solution of field complaints
B. Cost reduction
  • Evaluate and release alternate components , sources and designs for cost reduction
Knowledge of various types of packages for Through Hole and SMD componentsWell conversant with IPC PCB design standard and guidelinesFamiliar with different electronic manufacturing processes and machines and their capabilities
  • Knowledge of various types of packages for Through Hole and SMD componentsWell conversant with IPC PCB design standard and guidelinesFamiliar with different electronic manufacturing processes and machines and their capabilities
  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Power Electronics Design
  • Experience in power electronics design in Lighting / UPS / SMPS fields
Experience Required :
