Relationship Manager Job in Meradhan
● Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential institutional clients, Family houses, HNI and UHNI serving as their primary point of contact for fixed income needs.
● Product Marketing & Idea Generation: Market a range of fixed income products (e.g., government/corporate bonds, municipal bonds, interest rate swaps, derivatives, and structured products) to clients, using market research and economic drivers to generate and pitch relevant trade ideas.
● Trade Facilitation & Execution: Act as the conduit between the client and the internal trading desk. This involves communicating client orders, negotiating prices with traders, and ensuring smooth and timely execution and settlement of transactions.
● Market Analysis & Information Flow: Stay abreast of current market conditions, economic trends, and new issue primary market activity. Disseminate this market intelligence to clients and relay "color" (feedback/demand information) from clients back to internal trading and research teams.
● Internal Collaboration: Work closely with a variety of internal teams, including Trading, Research, Structuring, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure comprehensive client solutions and smooth workflow across the entire trade lifecycle.
● Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activity is in strict adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA, MiFID), including proper client onboarding (KYC) and record maintenance.
● Lastly and Mainly Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and onboard new clients to expand the firm's client base and increase market share.
