Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Premier Institute) + MBA

Experience: 3-5 yrs.

Key Responsibilities:

For the Product Team at Mettl, we are looking for a talented and passionate Product person from an IT company into B2B segment. In the Product Management team, one will utilize his/ her critical thinking and technical skills to help directly drive Mettl's success. This is an extremely cross-functional role where the ideal candidate should have a good mix of analytical insight, business acumen, and engineering expertise.

• Market research, User research, Consumer problem identification, Specific design, User testing, Delivery, GTM
• Define product features and work with design, engineering and other teams for end-to end implementation.
• Own, manage, and develop re-engagement strategies, which will engage users effectively.
• Work closely with the sales team to gather requirements for future products and work continuously for better product

Ideal Candidate:

• Expert in product management, having built cloud based products from scratch to launch and scaled them up.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and to drive product vision & growth strategy to achieve business goals.
• Passionate about solving consumer problems and someone who can thrive in a fast paced & rapidly changing environment.
• Extremely high EQ and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
