Job Summary

Job Description:

Hands on experience with Routing & Switching, Wifi and Cisco Firewalls

Good experience on EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.

Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts (Including night shifts).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Network Engineer ( understand network infrastructure and then update Network diagram, Knowledge in Static routing, Default routing access list , OSPF, EIGRP, BGP,MPLS Knowledge on Firewall Candidate should have good coordiation skill able to coordinate with ISP for any link donw issue , PRI & centrex line not working troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Switches, Routers, Firewalls and wifi.
  • Configuring Cisco CUCM user extensions. Pulling reports and troubleshooting Telecom related issues.
  • Troubleshooting L1 cable issues, Patching the cables.
  • VLAN management and administration.
  • Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
  • Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Wireless Network.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of firewall.
  • Must have working experience in MPLS Environment.
  • Resolving tickets with in the SLA.
  • Need to support Voice related issues. Cisco CUCM
  • Must handle first level escalation.
  • Updating the network diagram and creating KEDB documents and runbooks

Technical Skills

  • Configuring and troubleshooting Network Devices, VLAN, Cisco, hardware Device
  • Installation of Cisco switches, Routers, Wifi
  • Should have basic experience in Network Connectivity (LAN Issues)
  • Should have good knowledge on IP Phones (Cisco) and Webex devices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science
  • 1-3 years of support experience of Cisco switches in a creative environment
  • Support experience of current mobile and network technologies.
  • Must have CCNA Certificate.
