Job description

The individual should have extensive experience of working on the PowerPoint presentations and creating / formatting the communication material that includes presentations for clients, posters, infographics, brochures, newsletter, e-mailers, charts/graphs, etc.. Ideal candidate will work closely with the business in designing / formatting the PowerPoint presentations and other communication material to be shared internally and externally with the clients and ensure consistency in all the communications, in line with company guidelines. The candidate should be able to multitask and adhere to the project deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing and formatting of deliverables such as PowerPoint presentation, poster, infographic, brochure, newsletter, e-mailer, charts/graphs.
  • Designing data visualizations in PowerPoint.
  • Create and produce graphic and business PowerPoint presentations for Clients.
  • Work with internal teams to provide creative support.
  • Work closely with agencies or other clients to create visually stunning documents.
  • Possess strong technical skills including Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ensure the communication language is appropriate, both for internal and external communications including client deliverables and marketing/BD materials.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate setting.
    • What are the pre-requisites and skillsets required to apply for this role?
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional PowerPoint presentation design experience (PowerPoint certification not required, but helpful).
  • Undergraduate degree from a premium institution.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
