Requirements

Qualification: MBA (Finance / Marketing) or equivalent degree from Tier I & II campus.
Experience: 6 to 10 years of exp in General Insurance Broking / Sales mainly into relationship management.

Other Requirement:

Superior technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, communicate effectively with executives and balance competing priorities.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, as well as having the ability to communicate complex details simply.
