- Collaborate with Lead Engineers to promote technical growth and balanced skill distribution within the team.
- Deliver training sessions and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Ensure long-term code reusability, maintainability, and stability.
- Enforce compliance with code review processes and quality standards across teams.
- Drive initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and development approaches.
- Proactively identify and resolve team challenges and risks.
- Establish succession plans to ensure continuity and growth within the team.
- Adopt and promote industry best practices and standards tailored to organizational needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance team productivity and product quality.
