We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Manager in Bangalore to lead a talented design team focused on delivering best-in-class enterprise-level solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

This role demands a proven leader with a strong track record of designing enterprise products, shaping strategy, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams. As part of the leadership team, you ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX research, content design, and data science to craft impactful, human-centered design solutions for Meta s internal products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product designers while fostering a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity.
• Define team goals, align design resources to the highest priority projects, and ensure delivery of exceptional design work across enterprise products.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable product design opportunities and align team direction with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design quality across the design lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery.
• Individually contribute to strategic initiatives involving complex, ambiguous problems and emergent product opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and data scientists to ensure product solutions are grounded in user needs and business goals.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on complex digital systems or enterprise tools.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing product design teams.
• Strong ability to drive product strategy and translate it into high-impact design work.
• Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• Background in designing for enterprise-level applications or internal business tools.
