Meta s Enterprise Product Applied Research team is at the forefront of developing transformative AI-driven products. As a Software Engineering Manager in this team, you will help shape the future of Meta s enterprise operations, build innovative machine learning systems, and manage a team of talented engineers to deliver on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple teams to deliver projects with increasing dependencies in high-impact or ambiguous areas.
• Work with your team and cross-functional partners to define and influence strategy.
• Drive the creation and execution of roadmaps for machine learning products.
• Collaborate with various functions, engineering teams, and partners to drive initiatives and impact at an organizational level.
• Participate in technical design and ensure high standards for system architecture and implementation.
• Measure the impact of your team, set clear expectations, and drive performance through effective people management.
• Partner with leadership to influence organization design, prioritization, and resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on technical management in large-scale systems, algorithms, and tools within the machine learning domain.
• 5+ years of coding experience in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python, or PHP.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related discipline, or 4+ years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management.
• Strong technical skills combined with effective people management abilities.
• Experience supporting and scaling machine learning teams and systems.
• Subject matter expertise in machine learning technologies and practices.
• Commitment to staying in the same team in India for a minimum of 24 months before being eligible for transfer.
