Job Summary
- Overall safety documentation and procedure implementations.
- Regular inspection.
- Risk assessments
- Keep accident records
- Advise on protective clothing and equipment.
- Train employees, investigate accidents and recommend any improvements in safety standard.
- Preparing preventive measures to avoid the hazards identified in the project.
- Selection and procurement of personal protective equipments / safety equipments.
- Ensuring Firefighting and First Aid facilities. Safety documentation.
- Prepare weekly and daily report of unsafe act, unsafe condition & open unsafe condition.
- Creating safety awareness among workers through Tool box talks, Safety induction / Orientation / Safety mass meetings.
- Preparing Job safety analysis for the projects.
- Carrying out Safety inspection of work locations, work method, Men, Machinery, Material, Vehicle movement, Tool - Tackles and stores.
- Conduct Safety audit of documents and site safety condition. Maintain compliance report of internal audit, client audit, external audit & daily observation
- Developing HSE instructions for sub - contractors
- Conducting training for in house workforce on scaffolding, rigging, fire extinguishers etc.
- Advising the management on procuring the job specific protective Equipment.
- Preparation of risk assessments for activities.
