Mobile Application Developer Job in Metric Tree Labs

This role is for a mobile application development lead who likes to take ownership of the products that they build. You will be working with a fast-paced, fast-growing team. We are seeking a Lead Mobile Developer with knowledge of handling and building complex apps, with a good app portfolio to showcase. The candidate will work closely with the senior development managers, QAs, product owner and support agents to lead our current mobile team. You are required to have great energy and people management skills, be able to work in an agile environment, and also to be able to deliver and help us to foresee future challenges and opportunities. We re working on market-leading solutions and require a candidate with vision and talent.

Your day-to-day role:

1. Work with Business Analysts and Managers to build product roadmaps for mobile development projects.

2. Reach our product roadmap milestones

3. Create and maintain high quality, test-driven code.

4. Report on progress to business and product owners.

5. Seek out and implement solutions and alternatives for technical challenges.

6. Create a stable, supportive team environment

You will need to bring:

1. Bachelor s degree in computer science, online courses or any related field, or relevant commercial experience to an equivalent level.

2. Excellent working experience in javascript front-end/mobile frameworks

3. Experience in building Android and iOS apps using React Native.

4. Kotlin/Java and Swift experience would make us very happy.

5. Flutter experience will be a huge plus

6. Experience in developing secure apps, handling payments

7. Experience in team leadership

8. Great project management skills.

9. Excellent written and spoken English skills.

10. The ability to present work & communicate ideas.

11. Workload prioritization skills in line with tight deadlines.
