Senior Associate - Compliance Online - Sales And Marketing Job in Metricstream Inc

Key Responsibilities

• New business sales with a strategic focus that drives net new revenue, leveraging long-term business relationships and cold calling
• Working closely with the marketing team to get industry-specific experts who can do webinars, seminars, summit, and conferences
• Prepare partner agreements, negotiate contracts, terms and conditions, and account management
• Outbound calling to get sales, send proposals, and quotations
• Meet sales targets and other agreed KPI s
• Contribute to sales forecasting and provide weekly sales and business development reports
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on their training requirements
• Maintain relationships with experts and partners by providing support, information, and guidance and engage them through bestselling training

Skills and Experience

• 2-4 years Experience
• Commercial experience in a sales position, within a complex and fast-paced business environment
• Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets in telephone-based sales
• Exceptional sales and account management skills
• Proven track record of managing pipeline and sales along with account management
• Highly presentable with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of the sector is not essential, but you must be a fast learner and capable of taking on new skills
• Experience in e-learning/Seminar/Conference company is a plus
• Experience in the US market is a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or related communications field
