Senior Member Technical Staff - Qa Job in Metricstream Inc

Key Responsibilities

• Own some functional areas
• Write accurate and detailed test cases For MeticStream core platform and applications
• Create, manage and track multiple versions of test cases and documents using version control system
• Understand Functional Specification, Technical Design or Detailed Design Document in development of Test Cases / Scenarios
• Work with Developers and QA - Lead to understand the functionality and provide ongoing feedback regarding quality of the application
• Provide feedback on process improvement

Skills and Experience

• Experience inManual testing, Automation Testing, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Agile (Groovy, Jira, would add an advantage)
• Follow standard QA procedures and adhere to established processes
• Execute and record test results using automated tools
• Experience in Automation and scripting is added advantage
• Certification / Knowledge in automation testing tools will be an added advantage
• Self-starter willing to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Knowledge of web based / client server systems
• Knowledge of Operating Systems like LINUX, Windows
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
• 4-6Years of Experience

Education

• Bachelors or Master s in Computer Science or related disciplines
