Job Summary
Qualification : 5 -10 Years in Building Construction / Civil Infrastructure
- To supervise the complete finishing work of the real-estate residential projects which include:-
- Site Measurement
- Day to day activity coordination at the site.
- Good knowledge of construction methodology & sequence of different type of Finishing works.
- Extensive knowledge in carpentry, services, tiles, painting, waterproofing works
- carpentry, electrical, stone art, marble cladding works, and other finishing works
- Knowledge of execution at the site, reading drawings and all site coordination part of the job profile.
- To arrange to make mockup of all finishing works like tiling ,painting, door frames, windows, doors , plumbing , sanitary fittings, Electrical fixers and get the same approved
- Preparation of Check List of different type of Items.
- Inspect the site/ work as per the checklist provided.
Qualification : 5 -10 Years in Building Construction / Civil Infrastructure
