Candidates with Graduate background, having 15+ years of experience in HR & IR domain.

Should have good knowledge on Statutory Rules & Regulations, Recruitment, Payroll, Administration. Should have good exposure in liaisoning with Labour Dept, Inspector of Factories, KSPCB, Panchayat Office , Handling contract manpower ,Employee grievances(internal & External ) etc.,

Candidates should be from manufacturing industry & Kannada Language is a Must. Should have good communication skill.
