Job Summary
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Atlassian tools suite administration.
- Installation, configuration, up-gradation, administration, and performance enhancement of JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence (Data Center)
- Hands-on expertise in Jira/Confluence Cloud implementations & migrations.
- Experience with major add-ons like Adaptavist Scriptrunner, JMWE, Tempo Timesheets, and Budgets, etc
- Expertise in Server-Datacenter, Server-Cloud, Cloud-Cloud, Cloud-Datacenter migrations for Jira and Confluence
- Creating and managing complex configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes and boards.
- Advising on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges.
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing database PostgreSQL/Mysql knowledge.
- Knowledge in SSL, SSO, and LDAP configuration for Jira/Confluence.
Knowledge of Groovy and Shell Scripting. - Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
Good communication skills and soft skills are a must. - Familiar with Agile methodologies
Must-Have at least one Atlassian certification
