Job Summary Job Description Hardware & Networka. Understand issues from user perspective and isolate issue.b. Decode the error / even / alarm status, understand the failed unit / device and provide hands and feet support in resolution through strong hardware and networking troubleshooting techniques.VPNa. Manage VPN Client Groups. Manage exception request to Groups and access as per guidelines.b. Configuration: Standard SSL and IPSECc. Modify access-list.d. Troubleshoot : Access-Control issues and all escalated cases from Level 1Proxya. Configure: content filtering (Black and White listing) of URLs under respective categorizations.b. User Group integration with Access policiesc. Pull reports on intrusion and detects in proxy level.d. Capture and Evaluate TCP Dumps/ Wireshark on escalated incidentse. Define Reverse and Forward Proxy.Firewalla. Initial Configuration of firewall as per standard rule set (permit and deny rules).b. Basic routing: Static routing.c. Perform Health Checks: failover testing/ HAd. NAT (Static, Dynamic and PAT)e. NAT configuration and trouble shooting.f. Troubleshoot firewall related access issues and understand filter logs.Load Balancinga. Troubleshoot LB issues, reading the various counters and logs that are available in the tool,b.
