Job Summary
- Bachelor s or master s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Sustainability, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in supplier diversity and inclusion or related roles
- Experience in global procurement, supplier management or related.
- Experience in program and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (such as MS Office Excel Intermediate analytical skills using functions such as Macro, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot and Expose Formula's)
- Experience in external facing roles, such as community engagement or community relations.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and related tools.
- Strong understanding of sustainable procurement strategies, and emerging topics and trends in ESG.
- Semiconductor industry experience a plus.
- Experience working with a large, global company.
- Globally recognized certifications like CPSD, PMP, MOS, or PROSCI
- Proficient in SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, or equivalent.
