Job Summary

To Head & manage the complete plant operations including Mfg activities, R & D & commercial activities of RF Plant.
Shall Process leadership skills involving, Training, managing, and motivating teams.
Expertise in Man management & project management skills
Exposure to development, Procurement, Quality, Projects, HR, Commercial, Accounts, & ware housing activities.
Liaison with supply chain management, customers, vendors etc
Hands on experience of Plant functions, mfg Cycle time, Mfg cost, Inventory levels optimization, Capacity utilization, & Modern Mfg practices.

Qualification :
B.Tech / BE - in Electronics/Mechanical Engg.

Experience Required :

10 to 12 Years
