It serves to demonstrate your experience and as an example of your ability to create a compelling design presentation - indicative of problem solving, creative thinking and the delivery of solid end to end scenarios
- Professional experience: 8+ years of experience shipping digital products in a product/software environment
- User centricity: User-centric approach to design and an ability to interpret and draw out user insights from different data sources, and create experiences that solve for them.
- Simplicity in ambiguity: You thrive in ambiguous environments and move forward by building consensus, proposing simple solutions to complex workflow issues.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and build allyship with product management and engineering to ensure consumer grade shipping experiences.
- Excellent storytelling skills to generate empathy, craft a vision, design for impact, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Visual design skill: Demonstrated visual design skill and examples of consumer grade work. Skilled at building and shipping consumer grade pixel perfect workflows, prototypes and concept pitches in the form of presentations and videos.
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, AfterEffects, Illustrator, PowerPoint
- Expertise in prototyping toos: Figma, Protopie
- Education: A Bachelor s/Master s degree in product design, HCI, interaction design, industrial design, communication design, architechture or equivalent experience
