Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support the development and delivery of our digital platforms. In this role, you ll work closely with cross-functional teams to help define features, improve user experiences, and manage the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes, mockups, and user flows.
  • Support product lifecycle management from concept to launch.
  • Use analytics tools to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the agile product development cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0 2 years of experience in product management or a related role (preferably in media, tech, or digital-first environments).
  • Understanding of digital products, content platforms, and user journeys.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle stages.
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Bonus (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

  • Exposure to A/B testing, user research, or data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms.
