Delivery Head Job in Mindarray Systems Pvt. Ltd.

As a Delivery/Implementation Head, you will be responsible for managing a team of implementation specialists that is responsible for the implementation of observability and service management platform in the client environment. You will be accountable for maximizing the delivery of multiple products and overseeing and supporting multiple projects at the same time.

• At least 7 years previous Product Delivery or Project implementation experience working with Enterprise, Gov customers
• Ideally working with an external client-facing environment
• IT Infrastructure/ Telecom/Security/Service Management domain experience (ideal)
• Review external clients product demands, develop project plans and ensure that implementations are completed on time and within budget and meet client expectations
• Ability to understand the needs of the customer and simplify complex solutions
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant environment, working on medium to large projects and products
• Technical background with a development environment (SDLC) understanding, coupled with the ability to understand complex business and technical concepts
• Work closely with the development team to explain the requirements and constantly monitor the progress
• Suggest improvements in systems & processes and assist the technical team with issues needing technical expertise
• Has strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
• A track record of successful delivery working across multiple teams, on multiple products in a fast-paced, market-driven environment
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Solution and results-driven attitude with the ability to respond quickly to and manage change

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
• Willingness to travel within India and internationally Solid technical background with a minimum of 2-years of hands-on experience with agile SDLC
• Agile training and certification (idel)
• Project Management certification
