Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand the unique needs of each customer and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct software demos to showcase the value and benefits of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms and contracts to close deals in a way that s beneficial to both the company and the customer.
- Sales Strategy: Continuously improve sales strategies and processes to maximize efficiency and sales performance.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree or Higher in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Passion for Software Products: Strong interest and enthusiasm for technology and software.
- Excellent Written English Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with customers, write proposals, and prepare sales documentation.
- Self-Motivated and Autonomous: Strong problem-solving skills with a "get it done" attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Valid Work Permit for Belgium.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Writing Online Content for marketing and sales purposes.
- Proficiency in Google AdWords or other digital marketing strategies.
- Additional Languages: Fluency in other languages would be a plus, especially for international sales opportunities.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
