Job Summary

6727 Required Skills and Experience:
0-2 years of Network experience.
Understanding of VLANs, MAC address table, and Spanning tree, DNS, NAT, DHCP.
Understanding of Desktop related issues, RDP, Operation systems.
Basis troubleshooting skills on desktops and serves.
Working knowledge of Internet, MPLS, IPSEC, and VPN.
Knowledge of OSI Reference Model and TCP/IP.
Knowledge of IP Addressing, Subnetting and Creation of scalable VLSM Networks.
Knowledge of networking concepts such as NAT, ACLs, DHCP, DNS etc.
Should be worked on any of the monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Spectrum, Cacti, NMS etc.
Firewall knowledge will be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people such as peers, managers, customers, and vendors via phone or email.
Understanding of Incidents and Service request.
