Mandatory Job Responsibilities (must have) Skills:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a clear understanding of the ITIL process
  
• Basics of Windows, Clustering, MS-SQL, Networking, Azure
  
• Works diplomatically and effectively with subject matter experts and program and product managers in resolving issues
  
• Intermediate to advanced competence in primary documentation tools
  
• Ability to apply basic knowledge of solution features and functionality to ask rudimentary troubleshooting questions
  

Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• 5+ years of experience in Problem Management Role is plus
  
• Azure fundamentals knowledge is a plus
  
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues and projects.
  
• Excellent MS Excel hands-on experience and analytical proficiency
  
• Knowledge about Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) is a plus.
  
• Willing to work in US Shifts
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably
  
• ITIL Foundation Certification is plus
  
• Healthcare background /exposure or knowledge is plus
