Job Summary 5+ years of Very strong experience as HR ServiceNow Business Analysis and excellent configuration skills
Have extremely strong deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on ServiceNow
Have strong ServiceNow Functional Analyst skills able to work with requestors to understand and document requirements
Have strong consultative skills, able to discuss with key stakeholders, business requirements, use strong ServiceNow expertise to provide range of options
Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes
Lead Requirements gathering, technical documentation, test scripts creation relevant to the change/project
Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements
Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.
Ability to juggle multiple parallel transformation projects under an accelerated timeline
Work in an Agile Scrum Team an understand Agile concepts

To be successful in this role you will need:

Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity
Experience within a Functional HR Analyst and Technical Configuration role a must
Strong ServiceNow Functional Configuration skills
Strong technical understanding of other ServiceNow modules such as HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits and Security, Talent and Performance
Advanced Workday Reporting skills and Dashboard creation
Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system
