Job Description
Exp - 4 to9 yrs
Be part of the team to support various monitoring topics for Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) related products in the organization.
Exposure to different monitoring/reporting tools such as NexThink, Splunk, PowerBI, Tableau or any other data analysis tool
Analyse monitoring requirements, design/implement monitoring solution and maintain/support the product after rollout.
Be involved in all processes of data analysis:
o Collecting and processing data
o Generating meaningful reports/dashboards
o Visualizing reports/dashboards
o Delivering and maintaining reports/dashboards
Requirements:
Must have experience in Splunk query/dashboard/knowledge object; OR
Candidate with no Splunk experience but has good working knowledge in web design/creation (HTML5) and interest in data analysis are welcome to apply
Team player who can work and collaborate comfortably with international stakeholders (across multiple time zones)
Interculturally open, assertive and communicative as well as binding and friendly in appearance
Good to have: Experience with SQL, Linux, Excel pivot
