Technical Project Manager - Embedded System Job in Mindpool Technologies Limited

Job Description

• Responsible for the complete SW Project from requirements to delivery
  
• Prepare SW Project Estimation, Costing and Project Planning by aligning with Customer, development teams, vendors.
  
• Handling a SW development & testing team of size 10 15.
  
• Technically drive the Project towards milestone deliveries.
  
• Responsible for capacity planning, competence buildup of the team
  
• Perform QA activities as required for project success and meeting Quality targets
  
• Support for the acquisition of projects
  
• Stake Holder Management: Project Status reporting, Customer satisfaction, Vendor engagement, Team handling etc.
  
• Status reporting for customer reviews and management reviews
  
• Identify and Implement productivity improvement measures.
  
• Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation.
  

Qualifications

Knowledge & desired skills required

• Hands on experience in Automotive SW Project Management.
  
• Very strong Technical knowledge on Embedded System concepts and AUTOSAR architecture.
  
• Good hands-on working experience in Hardware near Software (Complex Device Drivers)
  
• Experience in Inter ECU Communication and Diagnostic Communication.
  
• Good knowledge inusage of Project Management Tools for SDLC.
  
• Experience in working with Matrix Teams
  
• Highly initiative with a passion to learn & understand new topics
  
• Should be proactive & able to work independently
  
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  
• Knowledge PEP process (Quality Gates), ASPICE, ISO26262, Cyber security would be an added advantage.
