We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to design, implement, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms, with a primary focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for high performance, using data analysis to drive decisions, and collaborating effectively with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads, optimizing for maximum ROAS.
- Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding techniques to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to assess ROI, adjusting ad spend and strategies to maximize results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing goals, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation across platforms for maximum effectiveness.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Proven experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads, with a track record of delivering strong ROAS.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform insights to evaluate campaign performance.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad optimization to refine strategies and improve results.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
