Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, implementing digital marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales through various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and set the strategy for social media campaigns, including platform selection (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Objective Setting: Define campaign objectives such as Likes, Reach, Engagement, Leads, and Sales to ensure measurable success.
  • Media Planning: Plan and execute the media spending strategy and media mix to maximize campaign impact.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies to ensure relevant and engaging content reaches the company s ideal customers.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content writer and graphic designer to create and manage all published content, including images, videos, and written posts.
  • Social Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and social manner while cultivating leads and driving sales.
  • Community Development: Build and grow the company s online community and outreach efforts to expand brand presence.
  • Design Oversight: Ensure consistent and appealing design across all social media assets, including Facebook Timeline covers, profile pictures, ads, landing pages, and Twitter profiles.
  • Social Ad Campaigns: Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns to increase engagement and reach.
  • Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, compiling reports on ROI and making recommendations for future strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on social media tools, applications, trends, and design strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and report on both threats and opportunities in user-generated content related to the brand.
  • Benchmarking & Reporting: Monitor social media performance benchmarks and provide insights into the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.

Key Skills & Expertise

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and English writing skills for effective content creation and reporting.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of online marketing principles, including social media, SEO, and digital advertising.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Customer Service: Strong understanding of customer service principles to manage engagement and interactions.
  • SEO Awareness: Basic understanding of SEO, including keyword research and optimization strategies.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduate, with a Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
